King Salman to host 1,300 pilgrims from 72 countries

Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman has directed to host 1,300 pilgrims from around the world to perform Haj for the year 1440 AH, as part of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques’ Haj Program, Saudi Press Agency said Saturday.

The Minister of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance Sheikh Dr. Abdullatif Bin Abdulaziz Al-Sheikh, the general supervisor of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Program for Haj and Umrah, said that this blessed directive is an evidence of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s efforts, under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the Crown Prince, in taking care of the interests of Muslims around the world.

He pointed out that the total beneficiaries of this program since its inauguration in 1417 AH, to date reached (52,747) pilgrims from different countries of the world, while extending his thanks and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the Crown Prince for their keenness to serve Islam and Muslims.
