An in-depth review shows that in view of the legal and material elements of Mr Assange\u2019s situation, France cannot grant his request,\u201d a statement by President Francois Hollande\u2019s office said.<br \/>\n\u201cThe situation of Mr. Assange does not present any immediate danger.
