Third phase upazila polls held properly

Election Commissioner Abdul Mobarak today said the third phase polls to 81 upazilas were held properly. He told reporters at Election Commission Secretariat after the completion of votes. The commissioner said the polls were held cent percent fair to 5,400 centers. Among 5,444 centers, polls were postponed to 26 centers of 13 upazilas.
